    Being positive means that you like to believe that you are beyond sick- ness and poor health. You have great energy and stamina and it would take a determined germ to force you to your bed for any length of time.     Aries play hard and work hard so you need a well-balanced diet, plenty of rest and a place where you can relax and recover your energies, both physical and mental. You should not eat on the run, just grabbing whatever take-away you can get on the spur of the moment. You need to enjoy your food, eat slowly (which is probably the only slow thing you actually do) and avoid coffee, tea, nicotine and alcohol, which will overstimulate you. You must always carry a bottle of water with you to avoid dehydration.

    Being a fire sign, you will probably love hot and spicy foods, but you need to be careful not to overstimulate your body. This could dry out your skin and create problems such as eczema, psoriasis or other similar conditions. It may also be beneficial for you to take flaxseed oil and keep up your vitamin intake to stop your skin drying out.

    Your diet needs a mix of meat with a large amount of green, leafy vegetables. Raw foods that are rich in nutrients and minerals will also help to keep your stamina at optimum levels.

    Generally speaking, you enjoy quite good health and this allows you to hurtle through life as you do. When you do have some sort of illness, you have an incredible ability to bounce back much faster than most of the other star signs. A physical problem doesn’t keep you down for long.

    As Aries rules the head, this is the part of the body that could be constitutionally weak. Headaches, earaches and occasionally eyesight issues may become a problem later in life.
